Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate your cooperation in managing appointment cancellations. To avoid any fees, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests:
- Cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will also incur a $150 fee.
- Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 3 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service amount of the facial, as per our pricing.
